Delegates, kindly note that there will be a tour of the Long March to Freedom exhibition on Saturday, 16th August 2025 from 10 am. The guided tour will only be at the cost of R50 per person. This is a chance for a rich, immersive experience that will bring stories of each figure to life and provide meaningful context to the procession.

• GALA DINNER: The Gala Dinner on Thursday, 14 August 2025 from 18:00 – 22:00 is open to ALL accredited participants. The Dinner will take place at CTICC 1, Room 4a. 
• WELCOME: Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 12 August, at the CTICC 2 Exhibition Hall 8, 9, and 10 is open to all accredited participants. 
• INTERPRETATION: Kindly note that should you require interpretation to participate, please bring your smartphone and earphones to the Summit. This will allow you to follow in any language you choose.
• ACCREDITATION: Accreditation badges need to be collected from CTICC 1, room 2.40
